Regardless of the symptoms or type of services you are seeking, individual counseling will start with a biopsychosocial intake to allow for a better understanding of your current situation. This will include screening tools for symptoms. Once this is complete, we will work together to define goals and develop a plan to reach those goals. From there, we begin the work with cognitive behavioral therapy in a comfortable and confidential environment, using those same screening tools to monitor our progress towards the goals we have created.
