The chatter in your head can get so loud and so fast that it can starts to control your behaviors. You begin to create anxiety about being anxious. Anxiety dominates thoughts and physical function. You become more focused on the future than the task at hand. Suffering increases as you live the worst case scenerio over and over in your mind before the scenerio even unfolds. You experience tension, are irritable with loved ones, and struggle to focus on the task at hand, even though nothing in this moment is wrong. If you have ever experienced any of these symptoms, anxiety therapy may be right for you.
